Indian Air Force Recruitment 2024 – Qualification Required
In order to apply for Indian Air Force Recruitment 2024, the required educational qualification is as below-
For Science Subjects:
- Candidates should 12th passed or Equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and English from an Education Board listed as COBSE member with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. OR
- Passed Three years of Diploma Course in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Automobile/ Computer Science/ Instrumentation Technology/ Information Technology) from a Government recognized Polytechnic institute with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in diploma course (or in Intermediate/Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Diploma Course). OR
- Passed Two years of Vocational Course with non-vocational subjects viz. Physics and Maths from State Education Boards/Councils which are listed in COBSE with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in vocational courses (or in Intermediate/ Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Vocational Course).

For Other than Science Subjects:
- Passed Intermediate / 10+2 / Equivalent Examination in any subject approved by Central / State Education Boards listed as COBSE member with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. OR
- Passed two years of vocational course from Education Boards listed as COBSE members with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in vocational course or in Intermediate/ Matriculation if English is not a subject in Vocational Course.
Age limit to apply for Indian Air Force Recruitment 2024

Physical measurement for Agniveer Vayu Post
The following physical measurement will be required to be eligible to apply for Indian Air Force Recruitment 2024.
- Height: Minimum: 152.5 CMS for male candidates and 152 cms For Female candidates.
- Chest : Expansion: 5 CMS
- Weight : Proportionate to height and age.

Selection process for Indian Air Force Recruitment 2024
Candidates will have to clear the following tests as a part of the selection process to get the job under Air Force recruitment of Agniveer Vayu vacancy-
Phase-I (Online Test)
Candidates Appling for the Indian Air Force Recruitment 2024 Agniveer Vayu vacancy will have to appear the Online Test as first stage of exam. Eligible applicants will be receiving the Provisional admit cards into their registered email ids to appear the examination before 48-72 to the exam date.
Candidates will require to carry the color printed admit card mandatorily while going to the exam center. Indian Air Force Recruitment 2024 authority will provide opportunity to check the examination center and city name, so that the applicants may plan their travelling accordingly. Candidate needs to bring one blue / black pen and original AADHAAR card along with them for Online Exam.
- Each question will carry 1 mark.

Phase-II Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
Candidates qualifies the 1st Phase Online test will be eligible to appear the 2nd Plase of Test which is Physical Fitness Test (PFT).

PFT- I – Running
- Test Name – 1.6 Kms run
- For Male – within 7 mins.
- For Female – within 8 mins.
PFT- II – Exercise
After completing the 1st Physical Fitness Test, candidates to get started with 2nd Physical Fitness Test after 10 minutes of recuperation time. Here is the important details.
